From protected stairways to a finished interior

This Brookfield, Wisconsin home connects a tall entry and stairwell with the kitchen, dining area and living room. The project photos follow Empire Painting through room protection, painting in progress and views of the refreshed gray walls beside white trim and warm wood railings.

The stairway is a useful place to see the progression: plastic and floor coverings appear in the preparation views, followed by clearer views of the painted walls and upper landing. Crew photos above the kitchen show the access needed for the high walls. These are views from the actual job, with work-in-progress photos identified in their captions.
