The Empire Difference

Why Property Managers & Business Owners Choose Empire
for Off-Hours & Weekend Painting Services

A clear plan, care for your property and a local team you can talk to.

Local People. Personal Accountability.

Locally owned since 2003, with a Delafield-based team and a clear point of contact for your property.

Care for Your Property and Routine.

We discuss protection, preparation, access and how people use the building before planning the work.

A Clear Scope. An Informed Decision.

Your free estimate explains the included work, preparation, specified products and applicable warranty information.

No Deposit. A Clear Finish Line.

No deposit is required before work begins. Payment is due when the agreed work is complete, with a written three-year warranty on qualifying work.

Professional spaces. Local accountability.

For businesses and properties that stay in use.

Offices, retail stores, medical practices and residential communities often need more than a standard daytime schedule. Talk through evening, weekend or phased work with Matt, then agree on the available work windows before the project begins.

Before you get started

A few helpful answers

Can you paint after our business closes?

Discuss your preferred hours during the estimate. We confirm crew availability, access, protection and the agreed schedule in writing.

Can you complete every job in one weekend?

That depends on the scope, preparation, coatings and drying times. We build a realistic plan rather than promise a finish date before reviewing the property.

How do you manage access when staff are not there?

We agree on the site contact, entry arrangements, alarms, work boundaries and cleanup expectations before the crew begins.

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is required. Payment is due when the agreed work is complete. Qualifying painting work includes a 3-year written warranty; the estimate explains which work and surfaces are covered.
