Can the facility stay open while you paint?
That depends on the work area, preparation, products and your operations. We discuss occupied areas, equipment, deliveries, ventilation and access during the walkthrough. Any necessary closures or off-hours work should be agreed on in the written plan.
Do you paint warehouse walls and concrete block?
Yes. We review large wall areas, concrete block, corridors, doors, frames and facility support spaces. Existing coatings, moisture, staining and surface condition help determine the cleaning, repairs, primer and finish included in the proposal.
What determines the cost of industrial building painting?
The amount and height of the surfaces, preparation and repairs, access equipment, protection, finish requirements and available work hours all affect cost. Photos help start the conversation; a walkthrough lets us define the scope and provide a written estimate.
Can you include drywall repairs and texture work?
Yes. Drywall and texture work can be reviewed alongside painting so the proposal accounts for the wall condition as well as the finish. We confirm the repairs included before the project begins.
What should we provide before a walkthrough?
Send the facility location, areas you want painted, desired timing and any access or operating restrictions. Wide photos and close-ups of damaged surfaces are useful. Let us know about vendor paperwork, insurance documentation or site orientation requirements, too.
Do you serve Milwaukee, West Allis and Waukesha County?
Yes. Our Delafield-based team serves commercial properties across Milwaukee, West Allis, Waukesha County, Lake Country and nearby Southeast Wisconsin communities.
What about payment terms and a warranty?
Empire does not require a deposit before work begins. The written proposal defines payment terms and explains the 3-year written warranty on qualifying work, including what applies to your facility’s surfaces and scope.
