Can you plan around an occupied building?
We discuss access, staff and tenant schedules, customer traffic and the order of work during the estimate. Any special scheduling needs should be included in the project plan.
What should I have ready for an estimate?
The property address, your contact information, the areas you want painted, approximate size and preferred timing are a useful start. Photos and any access requirements also help.
Do you require a deposit?
Empire does not require a deposit. Payment is due when the agreed work is complete, according to your project terms. Qualifying painting work includes a 3-year written warranty; ask which surfaces and work are covered.
