The Empire Difference

Why Property Managers & Business Owners Choose Empire
for Commercial Light Carpentry & Repair Services

A clear plan, care for your property and a local team you can talk to.

Local People. Personal Accountability.

Locally owned since 2003, with a Delafield-based team and a clear point of contact for your property.

Care for Your Property and Routine.

We discuss protection, preparation, access and how people use the building before planning the work.

A Clear Scope. An Informed Decision.

Your free estimate explains the included work, preparation, specified products and applicable warranty information.

No Deposit. A Clear Finish Line.

No deposit is required before work begins. Payment is due when the agreed work is complete, with a written three-year warranty on qualifying work.

Professional spaces. Local accountability.

For property managers and business owners.

Damaged trim, small surface defects and worn details can make a repaint feel unfinished. We review the painting-related repairs that are within our scope and identify larger work that needs a specialist.

A clear written scope

What we can help with.

We review the property and confirm the included work, preparation, products, protection and schedule before the crew begins.

  • Light trim and painting-related repair assessment
  • Minor surface preparation and agreed repairs
  • Doors, frames and accessible wood details
  • Priming and repainting of repaired areas
  • Protection around occupied work and tenant spaces
  • Clear limits, materials and scope in writing

Before you get started

A few helpful answers

Can you include small repairs in our painting estimate?

Yes. We inspect the areas and describe the repairs we can handle, the materials and the painting that follows in the written scope.

Do you handle structural carpentry or full remodeling?

This service focuses on light, painting-related repairs. Structural problems and larger remodeling need a separate specialist and scope.

How do you decide what should be repaired or replaced?

We review the condition and explain the practical options before work begins. Active moisture or the cause of ongoing damage needs attention first.

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is required. Payment is due when the agreed work is complete. Qualifying painting work includes a 3-year written warranty; the estimate explains which work and surfaces are covered.
