Yes. We discuss appointment hours, room availability and phased or off-hours work, then confirm a schedule with your practice contact.

What products will you use?

We review the surfaces, finish requirements, odor concerns and your facility policies. The specified products are included in the written estimate.

How do you protect equipment and patient spaces?

We agree on work boundaries and access, protect nearby surfaces and equipment as specified, and coordinate cleanup and room availability with your contact.

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is required. Payment is due when the agreed work is complete. Qualifying painting work includes a 3-year written warranty; the estimate explains which work and surfaces are covered.
