How do you protect an active building?
We define the work areas, review furniture and equipment protection, coordinate access with your facility contact and plan cleanup before rooms return to use.
Can you help us plan a phased project?
Yes. We review priorities and available areas so the written scope and schedule can reflect an agreed sequence.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required. Payment is due when the agreed work is complete. Qualifying painting work includes a 3-year written warranty; the estimate explains which work and surfaces are covered.
