The curved entrance, white porch columns and outdoor woodwork give this home its character. This project focused on selected exterior surfaces around the home and pool house, with painting and staining to complement the existing colors.

The scope included:

  • Specified exterior trim and pillars around the home and pool house.
  • Selected stair stringers and the backs of the kick boards.
  • Cleaning and staining the pergola.
  • Cleaning and staining the wooden playset and timbers.

Preparation matched to the surface.

The project plan called for cleaning, removing loose coatings, sanding where needed, addressing failing caulk and priming exposed wood on the specified trim. The pergola and playset scope included cleaning and surface preparation before staining to match the existing colors.
